Tuscany an enchanting masterpiece in itself waiting to dazzle you! This captivating region of Italy overflows with beauty, exquisite wines, farm-to-table cuisine, history, and romance. Join us as we uncover the true essence and enjoy slow travel at its finest.
Arrival at Florence Train Station/Florence Airport. After arriving, please proceed to the exit.
Arianna & Alessio – our driver and guides for the week, will be there to welcome you.
Arrival to our hotel and welcome dinner in the evening.
Hunting for the Famous White Truffle
9:15 am – Departure
Following breakfast, we will make our way to the town of San Miniato, famous for its truffles. Our day will begin with truffle hunting in the forest with a trained dog and local truffle hunter. The experience will begin in the fields and will end in the kitchen, understanding all the secrets and the best culinary recipes with fresh delicious truffles, from antipasto to dolce!
2:30 pm – We will return to the hotel to have some time to relax.
6:00 – 9:30 pm – Pizza and bread making workshop at the villa with Beppe “Il Panaio”, our trusted baker and bread expert.

Artisans, Olive Oil Traditions & Chianti Cashmere
9:15 am – Departure
After breakfast, we will visit a fascinating wood-turning shop. Here you will meet a “modern day Geppetto”, named Giorgio. A local artisan who has set up a beautiful shop in the Chianti region to custom make his unique creations using local olive wood as his medium.
Following, we will visit a unique olive farm. Janet & Stefano, a wonderful couple run the farm and share a true passion for the olive oil culture. We will enjoy an unforgettable lunch, focused on olive oil, a fundamental element in Tuscan and Italian cuisine. They will share their deep knowledge about ancient Tuscan traditions, recipes and legends.
Following, we will visit a sustainable goat farm dedicated to producing the famous “Chianti Cashmere”.
Dinner at a local Tuscan trattoria – Casa Mia
Tuscany on a Plate – Our Cooking Day
8:00 am – Departure
We will begin our day with Chef Veronica with a guided tour of Sant’ Ambrogio market in Florence. Our driver will then take us to Villa La Quercia in Impruneta, a small medieval village just outside of Florence. We will be creating delicious classic Tuscan dishes during our hands-on cooking class. After all our hard work, time to enjoy lunch and sip local wine as we take in the beautiful views of the gardens and olive groves.
Scenic Wonders of Crete Senesi & Siena
10:00 am – Departure
Following breakfast, we will begin our day exploring the unique Tuscan area called “Crete Senesi”, the stunning countryside near Siena. A visit to a historical winery dating back to the 10th century where the owners embrace the philosophy of sustainable and organic farming. We will enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, followed by lunch and wine tastings. After lunch, we will visit the beautiful medieval town of Siena.
Time to enjoy a relaxing walkand a gelato!
Pecorino, Pienza and Montepulciano
8:30 am – Departure
Following breakfast we will be driven to Val d’Orcia, a beautiful area of Tuscany that includes some of the most picturesque scenery. Our day will include visits to the charming and beautiful (UNESCO World Heritage Site) hilltop village of Pienza, an organic pecorino cheese farm for a tour.
Enjoy lunch and tastings of traditional cheeses that have been produced in the region for over 2000 years.
Following a visit to the lovely town of Montepulciano.
Florence & Farewell Dinner
Morning departure for Florence where we will meet up with an Art Historian to discover Michelangelo and his statue of David at the Accademia Gallery.
Farewell Dinner – A perfect way to end the week as we will enjoy a very special and delightful dinner at a most beautiful Chianti Classico Estate, with the owner.
Private transfers to Florence Airport/Train Station after an unforgettable journey together.
