Day 1

Arrival in Portugal & welcome cocktail reception

Welcome to beautiful Porto, Portugal! Get settled in your luxurious rooms and join the group for a happy hour to mingle and begin the adventure.

Day 2

Exploring Porto

Your private guide will escort the group on a walking tour of Porto. This incredible day will be filled with Portugese cultural authenticity and history. Visit the most famous monuments in town, including the riverside area of Cais da Ribeira, and get lost in the charming streets of Porto’s oldest neighborhoods. Some highlights include Avenida dos Aliados, the Cathedral, Lello & Brother’s bookstore, and more.

Day 3

Morning Yoga & Leisure Day

After a renewing session of morning yoga, use this day for self-reflection, exploring, or simply enjoying a riverside coffee and lunch. It’s also a wonderful day to schedule your included Serenity Escape Spa facial and massage.

Day 4

Cooking Experience & Wine Tasting

Among the valleys of the Douro River, near the left bank in the quaint village of Cambres is Quinta da Pacheca, one of the most prestigous estates and wine producers of the area.

The activity begins with a brief tour of the facility, followed by a Kitchen Workshop and wine tasting including 3 starters, a main dish and delectable dessert.

Day 5

Aveiro & Costa Nova

Aveiro, known as the “Venice of Portugal” is located in the Northern region Baixo-Vouga. Here you’ll discover a sandy coastline, parks, and gardens. Enjoy a local tour and stop for a delicious lunch including sampling traditional sweets. Its artisanal shops are a must as well.

Next, continue to the Vista Alegre Museum. Founded in 1824, the Vista Alegre Porcelain Factory was the first industrial unit dedicated to producing porcelain in Portugal. The museum, opened in 1964, boasts a collection of pieces that bear witness to the long and rich history of the company. Nowadays, Vista Alegre is more than a mere industrial unit. It is also part of the Portuguese heritage, boasting buildings of undeniable architectural interest, and a repository of social and artistic memories essential to the building of a Portuguese identity. After the visit, you’ll have the opportunity to do the Made by You workshop. Here you can develop customized decorations for Vista Alegre porcelain pieces using acrylic or ceramic paints. In the end, the participants can take the porcelain piece home.

Day 6

Morning Yoga & Michelin Star Dinner

After another morning yoga session, take a day for yourself to explore Porto, your way. Revisit some of your favorite spots that your guide showed you, browse the quaint shops, explore the Church of São Francisco. Or, simply enjoy a day of relaxation and self-care at the hotel spa.

End the day with a magical dinner at Casa de Cha, a Michelin star restaurant and one of the most renowned gastronomic destinations in northern Portugal. Built on the rocks practically one with the sea, the Boa Nova Tea House restaurant in Leça da Palmeira is the most ambitious project by Chef Rui Paula. The special dinner is the perfect grand finale for a wonderful trip.
